Zaftig Brewing (est. 2014) located just 20 minutes north of Downtown Columbus, has already moved locations and expanded to a new taproom with plenty of space to both brew and drink. Believing in full-bodied beers, Zaftig focuses on crafting beers that hold their own against the already strong craft beer market. Flirting with the 12% mark is common, so it was no surprise that they were one of the first Columbus breweries to produce a beer above the 12% mark when the ABV ban was lifted in August 2016. Ol' Harvey clocked in at a whopping 16% ABV and was cellared to allow the "booziness" to settle. It was worth the wait!
