Staas Brewing (est. 2014) is an all grain brewery tucked away on a quiet street in Delaware, just 30 minutes north of downtown Columbus. Their tagline is "classic styles, true to style" and they feature classic Belgian and English beer styles. The taproom offers twelve taps and two English beer engines for their cask-conditioned brews. The tap room has plenty of seating, with shuffleboard and darts to keep you entertained. Since they are a small batch brewing facility, Staas has the ability to constantly rotate in fresh brews and keep patrons coming back to see what's new. I'm personally excited to stop back to enjoy their seasonal offerings - according to Untappd - they had an Imperial Pumpkin and a Pumpkin Porter in 2015, along with several winter-style beers.
